What is Panantukan? Intro to Filipino Boxing


This art is called many things - Suntakan, Pangamot, Mano-Mano, or Filipino boxing, but we call it Panantukan.
In the shortest terms, it is one of the empty hand perspectives of Filipino martial arts. 

Join us for this 3 hour workshop where Guro Josh will introduce some of the foundational concepts and techniques of this beautiful and effective system of martial art.
All levels are welcome. No experience necessary.
