This workshop is welcome to all students (regardless of your program), but is not open to the public. 

In this workshop we will be learning what weaponry sparring really should look like, Safe, Controlled and Fun! Most of all SAFE.

We will focus on fun effective drills that will sharpen your skills while making sparring fun and accessible to everyone!

Required equipment:

Eye protection (provided if needed), Padded gloves (hockey, lacrosse boxing), Groin protection, Padded Sticks (provided)
